I pledge allegiance to the Global Black Community.

I commit to doing my part to build a financially secure, empowered, and thriving community. I will respect, honor, and uplift my Black brothers and sisters, and I will respect and value myself.

I will use my gifts, talents, and genius to contribute to the advancement of our people. I am dedicated to healing myself so that I do no harm to my family or others, recognizing that my family is a precious asset.

I will encourage, protect, teach, and serve the community. I will share knowledge, resources, and opportunities to strengthen our collective power. I will work in unity with my brothers and sisters to build wealth, stability, and opportunity for future generations.

I will buy Black first to help keep wealth circulating within our community and to support Black-owned businesses, institutions, and systems. I will move with an ownership mindset, knowing that ownership builds wealth and wealth builds power.

I honor the legacy of our ancestors, whose resilience and strength made my existence possible. I stand on their shoulders while reaching back to educate, train, and uplift those who come after me.

I will think like an investor, plan for the future, and act with excellence, integrity, and the highest ethics in all that I do. I will reject all false narratives of Black inferiority and stand firm in truth, strength, and purpose.

I am committed to teaching the children our history, values, and skills so they understand who they are and how to build, sustain, and grow our community.

I will advocate for justice, stand against anti-Blackness, and use my voice, vote, and influence to advance Black freedom and liberation.

I take pride in who we are: strong, resilient, brilliant, creative, innovative, powerful and unstoppable.

I was born to contribute. I will fulfill my responsibility to the global Black community.
